We’re Bones & Globe Shop, your go-to for quality skateboarding equipment located at 1232 Tenmile, Virginia Beach, US 23452. Our website serves skaters worldwide (except Asia and some remote areas) who are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to shop with us.

All products are described as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

3. Ordering & Payment

Placing Orders

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase under these terms. We’ll send an order confirmation email – this isn’t acceptance yet, just us saying we got your request.

Payment is processed immediately when you place your order. If payment fails, we may cancel your order.

Pricing

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after shipping

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. International shipments may be subject to customs delays beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

You can return most unused items in original condition within 15 days of delivery. Some items can’t be returned for safety/hygiene reasons:

  • Kneepads (once removed from packaging)
  • Skate Tools (if used)
  • Items showing signs of use

Return Process

  2. Wait for our return instructions (within 48 hours)
  3. Pack items securely in original packaging
  4. Ship back using trackable service (return shipping is your responsibility unless we made a mistake)

Refunds

Refunds process within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping fees aren’t refundable unless the return is our fault.
