Our Return Policy
You can return most unused items in their original condition within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Here’s what you need to know:
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
Some gear can’t be returned for safety and hygiene reasons:
- Kneepads (once removed from original packaging)
- Skate Tools (due to potential wear from use)
- Any items that show signs of use or damage not from shipping
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:
Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Wait for Instructions
We’ll email you within 48 hours (faster than a kickflip!) with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address
Step 3: Pack It Up
Send the item back in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
Step 4: Ship It Back
You’re responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made a mistake. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after we get your return
- Method: Refunds go back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees aren’t refundable unless the return is our fault
Exchanges
Want to swap for a different size or color? The process is the same as returns. Just specify in your email that you want an exchange and what you’d like instead.
Note: If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Damaged or Wrong Items?
If your gear arrives damaged or incorrect, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll send replacements faster than you can say “board slide.”
International Returns
Since we ship globally (except Asia and some remote areas), international returns follow the same process but may take longer for shipping. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
