We’ve got two options to get your gear rolling:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): 10-15 days via DHL/FedEx with full tracking
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 days via EMS with tracking
Our team processes all orders in 1-2 business days before dispatch.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary by location:
  • North America: 7-12 days (standard shipping)
  • Europe: 10-15 business days
  • Australia/NZ: 12-18 days

Can I change or cancel my order?
If we haven’t processed your order yet (within 1-2 business days), we might be able to help. Email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. Once shipped, we can’t make changes – but you can return items (see our return policy below).

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
Not feeling your new setup? We get it – every skater has their preferences. You’ve got 15 days from delivery to initiate a return, as long as the gear is in original condition (unused, with all packaging). Email us at [email protected] to start the process.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method.

How do I choose the right skateboard?
It depends on your riding style! Complete skateboards are great for beginners or those who want a ready-to-ride setup. If you’re building a custom board, consider:
  • Deck width (match to your shoe size)
  • Wheel hardness (softer for cruising, harder for tricks)
  • Truck width (should match your deck width)

Do your kneepads run true to size?

Our wheels are selected for quality and performance. We offer different durometers (hardness levels) for various styles:
